Family Cup
At the beginning of September at Pestovo the soulful and cheerful Family Cup was held.
This year the tournament took place in a truly family atmosphere - many pairs showed up for the tournament, more children than before have participated! Our generation of young golfers matures every year. Then, when to play in this kind of tournament, if not now? By the way, of 24 pairs - 13 pairs were those made of parents and children.
The Family Cup is a joyful competition, yet, there were serious victories, too. For example, in the non-family standings, Vadim Shvetsov and Anton Dikarev won in “The best non-family pair” category despite the fact that it was their first joint tournament. As a result – the 1st place!
Dmitry and Alexander Garanov have become winners in "Parents and Children" category. Also, one should note the debut of Tigran Khachaturian in the tournament. He started to play later than other members of the Khachaturian family, but already made great progress on the field.
The Family Cup was won by the pair of Masha Khristenko and Viktor Borisovich by a wide margin. Masha has long since declared herself as almost an adult and experienced golfer, but snatching victory from her rivals in the pair with Viktor Borisovich has proved to everyone that the biggest victories are waiting for her!

The daily programme was diverse and interesting. The children football school New Riga Football has organized a complex family training. It was cheerful, full of life and interesting. Participants have received emotional charge and sports prizes.
